Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Ability Tree Florida R.E.S.T. and Recreation 9
Center is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of 10
The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 249, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $220,200 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Agency for Persons with Disabilities to fund the Ability Tree 16
Florida R.E.S.T. and Recreation Center as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 249. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 19
