RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JANICE
BEECHER OF NEW BRITAIN TO BE A UTILITY COMMISSIONER OF
THE PUBLIC UTILITIES REGULATORY AUTHORITY.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Janice 1
Beecher of New Britain to be appointed a utility commissioner of the 2
Public Utilities Regulatory Authority, in succession to Katherine Scharf 3
Dykes, to serve a term ending June 30, 2030, or until a successor is 4
appointed and has qualified, whichever is longer, is hereby approved 5
and confirmed. 6
