Idaho H 506: EDUCATION – Amends existing law to provide that, for purposes of the Armed Forces and Public Safety Officer Scholarship, a member of the armed forces will be considered totally and permanently disabled if the disability determination is made or recognized by the Idaho Division of Veterans Services.
