A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO THE EASTERN SCIENCE CENTER TO 2
UPFIT THE CHALLENGER CLASSROOM. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
SECTION 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Eastern 5
Science Center, a nonprofit organization, the sum of three hundred thousand dollars 6
($300,000) for the 2007-2008 fiscal year to upfit the challenger classroom. 7
SECTION 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 2007. 8
