Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. LaunchCode Tampa - Technology Job Training and 9
Placement is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules 10
of The Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 131, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2018-2019 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Economic Opportunity to fund the LaunchCode 16
Tampa - Technology Job Training and Placement as described in 17
Appropriations Project Request 131. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2018. 19
