A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS TO ASSIST THE TOWN OF PEMBROKE IN 2
PURCHASING A REPLACEMENT FIRE TRUCK. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Town of 5
Pembroke the sum of sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for the 1995-96 fiscal year to 6
assist the town in purchasing a replacement fire truck. 7
Sec. 2. This act becomes effective July 1, 1995. 8
