Tennessee SB 1392: Disabled Persons - As introduced, adds assistance animals to those for which a person may recover economic damages for the intentional or negligent killing; defines assistance animal to include an animal that provides assistance or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability. - Amends TCA Title 39; Title 44; Title 65 and Title 66.
