Kentucky SB 136: AN ACT relating to roadways. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 177 to establish that roads originally known as parkways shall be known as freeways; amend KRS 67A.871, 154.22-040, 154.32-050, 175.590, 177.068, 177.0734, 177.076, 177.220, 177.317, 177.420, 177.830, 189.222, 189.378, 189.390, 189.580, and 216.833 to replace reference to parkway with freeway.
