1.6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.7 Section 1. [138.255] MEETINGS AND DATA REGARDING STATE-OWNED​
1.8 PROPERTIES.​
1.9 Subdivision 1.Meetings of the executive council.A meeting in which the executive​
1.10 council discusses, makes decisions regarding, or receives information related to state-owned​
1.11 historic sites under section 138.662, state-owned historic places designated under section​
1.12 138.663, or state-owned places on the National Register of Historic Places, is subject to​
1.13 chapter 13D.​
1.14 Subd. 2.Public data.Data maintained by the Minnesota Historical Society related to​
1.15 state-owned historic sites under section 138.662, state-owned historic places designated​
1.16 under section 138.663, and state-owned places on the National Register of Historic Places​
1.17 is public data, as defined in section 13.02, subdivisions 14 and 15.​
