1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 38:1759(B)(4), relative to the gravity drainage districts in St. Mary Parish; to
3 provide for the composition of the board of commissioners of St. Mary Parish
4 Consolidated Gravity Drainage District No. 2A; and to provide for related matters.
5 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. R.S. 38:1759(B)(4) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
8 §1759. Appointment and terms of commissioners

12 (4) Notwithstanding the provisions of Subsection A of this Section, the
13 board of commissioners of St. Mary Parish Consolidated Gravity Drainage
14 District No. 2A shall consist of seven members, subject to all other requirements
15 of qualifications for office provided in Subsection A of this Section.
