I move to amend House Bill No. 2108 as follows:
1. On Page 5, Line 21, by inserting after the word “shall”, and before the word "have”, the words:
“work in conjunction with the Office of Management and Enterprise Services to determine state
employee benefit elections and eligibility, and the Oklahoma Health Care Authority shall”
2. On Page 5, Line 24, by inserting after the word “Act”, and before the colon “:”, the words “and
the Oklahoma State Employees Benefits Act”;
3. On Page 6, Lines 2 and 3, by striking after the word “with” on Line 2, and before the number
“26” on Line 3, the words “the Oklahoma State Employees Benefits Act and”;
4. On Page 6, Lines 5 and 6, by striking after the word “to” on Line 5, and before the comma “,” on
Line 6, the words “the Oklahoma State Employees Benefits Act, and other”;
5. On Page 67, Line 10, by restoring the stricken language and deleting the new language; and
6. On Page 67, Line 9 ½, by inserting a new subsection C to read as follows and renumbering the
subsequent subsection:
“C. The CEO of the Authority shall review for approval all rates and life, dental, and health benefits
for the state sponsored plans recommended by the Oklahoma Employees Insurance and Benefits
Board. If approved by the CEO of the Authority, those rates and benefits along with the final health
maintenance organizations’ rates and benefits shall be sent to the Director of the Office of
Management and Enterprise Services for final approval.”.
