1 Ordered, That the committee on Public Health be authorized to sit during a recess of the
2 General Court to make an investigation and study of House documents numbered 811, 1843,
3 1847, 1873, 1905, 1940, 1941, 1950, 1984, 1989, 1999, 2003, 2004, 2007, 2013, 3486, 3501,
4 3660 and 3842, relative to public health matters.
5 Said committee shall report to the General Court the results of its investigation and study
6 and its recommendations, if any, together with drafts of legislation necessary to carry such
7 recommendations into effect, by filing the same with the Clerk of the House of Representatives
8 on or before December 31, 2020.
