Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Okaloosa County Water & Sewer Gravity Sewer 9
Rehabilitation is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11
in Appropriations Project Request 1220, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2020-2021 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Okaloosa 16
County Water & Sewer Gravity Sewer Rehabilitation as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1220. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020. 19
