Kentucky HB 502: AN ACT relating to the administration of justice and declaring an emergency. Amend KRS 23A.045 to add the Sixth Judicial Circuit to the circuits which have three circuit judges, allowing for a Family Court judge in that circuit, and amend KRS 23A.040 to conform.
