Tennessee HB 701: Courts - As introduced, requires all courts to report caseload data to the AOC monthly in such a manner that the data is received no later than the 20th day, instead of the 15th day, of the following month in which the case is filed or disposed. - Amends TCA Title 16; Title 33; Title 38; Title 39 and Title 40.
