1.2 relating to capital investment; appropriating money for the Duluth Art Institute.​
1.3 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.4 Section 1. DULUTH ART INSTITUTE; APPROPRIATION.​
1.5 $225,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner​
1.6 of employment and economic development for a grant to the Duluth Art Institute Association​
1.7 to predesign a new facility to operate as a regional arts center and to design repairs to the​
1.8 Duluth Art Institute's existing building in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in Duluth.​
