North Dakota SB 2009: AN ACT to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the agriculture commissioner; to amend and reenact sections 4.1-01-02, 4.1-01-18, 4.1-01-21.1, and 49-22-09.2 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the salary of the agriculture commissioner, the federal environmental law impact review committee, the environmental impact mitigation fund, and mitigating environmental impacts; to provide for a transfer; to provide an exemption; and to provide for a legislative management study.
