A bill to be entitled 1 
An act relating to the Appropriations Project titled 2 
Valencia College, Osceola Campus Careers in Technology 3 
- CIT; providing an appropriation; providing an 4 
effective date. 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7 
 8 
 Section 1.  Valencia College, Osceola Campus Careers in 9 
Technology - CIT is an Appropriations Project as defined in The 10 
Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is described 11 
in Appropriations Project Request 43, herein incorporated by 12 
reference. 13 
 Section 2.  For fiscal year 2018-2019 the nonrecurring sum 14 
of $2,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15 
the Department of Education to fund the Valencia College, 16 
Osceola Campus Careers in Technology - CIT as described in 17 
Appropriations Project Request 43. 18 
 Section 3.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2018. 19
