Kentucky HB 460: AN ACT relating to community mental health center regional service areas. Amend KRS 210.370 to establish fifteen community mental health center regional service areas and to establish that a single community board for mental health or individuals with an intellectual disability or nonprofit corporation may administer programs and clinics in multiple regional service areas.
