Kentucky HB 440: AN ACT relating to substance abuse prevention. Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require the Department of Education to develop substance abuse and prevention awareness standards; require local school districts to provide 20 hours of instruction annually on substance abuse and prevention awareness.
