Tennessee HB 1268: Children's Services, Dept. of - As enacted, requires the department to notify the appropriate court when the department has knowledge that a foster parent from a kinship placement violated a court order by allowing a child to visit the child's parent within 96 hours of the department's knowledge of the information. - Amends TCA Title 37 and Title 39.
