Tennessee HB 306: Schools, Private - As enacted, limits the ability of a student enrolled in a private school to participate in an interscholastic athletic activity or event, to such activity or event where membership in the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association is required, in accordance with the student's immutable biological sex as determined by anatomy and genetics existing at the time of birth. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 1 and Title 49, Chapter 50.
