Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to require the 9
Department for Children and Families to amend its rules and policies to ensure 10
that when the Child Care Financial Assistance Program family share is 11
assigned to certificates for a family with multiple children participating in the 12
Program, the certificates are ordered in accordance with the choice of the 13
parent or guardian instead of automatically by age of the children. 14
