RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
JAMES SICILIAN OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A SENIOR JUDGE OF
THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable James Sicilian of West Hartford to be a Senior Judge of the 2
Superior Court, to serve for a term of eight years from May 3, 2026, is 3
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Senior Judge of the 4
Superior Court for said term. 5
