RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE CLAIMS COMMISSIONER'S
COMPENSATION AWARD TO MICHAEL SMITH WITH RESPECT TO
HIS CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE FOR WRONGFUL
INCARCERATION.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 27226 of 1
said commissioner, that compensation in the amount of $1,510,635.84, 2
payable from the adjudicated claims account of the General Fund, be 3
awarded to Michael Smith with respect to his claim against the state for 4
wrongful incarceration, is confirmed. 5
