Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Lake County East Lake Sports and Community 9
Complex Central Sewer Connection is an Appropriations Project as 10
defined in The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and 11
is described in Appropriations Project Request 954, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2019-2020 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Lake 16
County East Lake Sports and Community Complex Central Sewer 17
Connection as described in Appropriations Project Request 954. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019. 19
