RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THE HONORABLE
TEJAS BHATT OF WINDSOR TO BE A JUDGE OF THE SUPERIOR
COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of the 1
Honorable Tejas Bhatt of Windsor to be a Judge of the Superior Court, 2
to serve for a term of eight years from May 3, 2026, is approved and 3
confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 4
term. 5
