RESOLUTION 
Expressing  the  sense  of  the  House  of  Representatives  that  
the  Secretary  of  Defense  should  review  section  504  of  
title  10,  United  States  Code,  for  purposes  related  to  
enlisting certain aliens in the Armed Forces. 
Resolved, That  it  is  the  sense  of  the  House  of  Rep-1
resentatives  that  the  Secretary  of  Defense  should  review  2
section  504  of  title  10,  United  States  Code,  for  the  pur-3
pose  of  making  a  determination  and  authorization  pursu-4
ant  to  subsection  (b)(2)  of  such  section  regarding  the  en-5
listment  in  the  Armed  Forces  of  an  alien  who  possesses  6
an  employment  authorization  document  issued  under  the  7
Deferred  Action  for  Childhood  Arrivals  program  of  the  8
