certain specialty license plate; providing a 4
contingent effective date. 5

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Paragraph (ffff) is added to subsection (4) of 9
section 320.08056, Florida Statutes, to read: 10
320.08056 Specialty license plates.— 11
(4) The following license plate annual use fees shall be 12
collected for the appropriate specialty license plates: 13
(ffff) Florida State Beekeepers Association license plate, 14
$25. 15
Section 2. This act shall take effect on the same date 16
that HB 27 or similar legislation takes effect, if such 17
legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an 18
extension thereof and becomes a law. 19
