Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 6

Section 1. Miami-Dade County Removal of Seaweed is an 8
Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The Florida 9
House of Representatives and is described in Appropriations 10
Project Request 147, herein incorporated by reference. 11
Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum 12
of $1,470,500 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 13
the Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Miami-14
Dade County Removal of Seaweed as described in Appropriations 15
Project Request 147. 16
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 17
