Tennessee HB 2508: Emergency Communications Districts - As introduced, with certain exceptions, requires revenues from the 911 surcharge to be allocated to the emergency communications districts proportionally based upon the population that each district serves. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 86 and Title 67.
