repealing s. 21 of chapter 2024-158, Laws of Florida, 3
which provides for the future repeal of a documentary 4
stamp tax exemption for certain notes and obligations 5
connected to the sale of alarm systems; providing an 6
effective date. 7

Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 9

Section 1. Section 21 of chapter 2024-158, Laws of 11
Florida, is repealed. 12
Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2026. 13
