current adjusted net metering rate until 2028. 7

It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont: 9
Sec. 1. NET METERING RATE ORDERS 10
The Public Utility Commission shall not adopt new renewable energy credit 11
adjustors or siting adjustors prior to the 2028 Biennial Update required by Rule 12
5.100. 13
Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE 14
This act shall take effect on passage. 15
