RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF PATRICK M.
FAHEY, ESQUIRE, OF SOUTH GLASTONBURY TO BE A JUDGE OF
THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Patrick M. 1
Fahey, Esquire, of South Glastonbury to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation 3
by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable Susan Q. Cobb, is 4
approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of the Superior 5
Court for said term. 6
