Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. African American Cemetery Education Tampa Bay 9
is an Appropriations Project as defined in The Rules of The 10
Florida House of Representatives and is described in 11
Appropriations Project Request 1134, herein incorporated by 12
reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2022-2023 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $1,200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to 15
the Department of Education to fund the African American 16
Cemetery Education Tampa Bay as described in Appropriations 17
Project Request 1134. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2022. 19
