Tennessee SB 1691: Education, State Board of - As enacted, requires the public high school in which the public high school student member of the state board of education is enrolled to count the student as present for time the student spends performing the student's duties as a member of the state board of education. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 30.
