RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF JOSHUA
HERSHMAN OF GUILFORD TO BE INSURANCE COMMISSIONER.
Resolved by the Senate:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Joshua 1
Hershman of Guilford, to be appointed Insurance Commissioner to 2
serve at the pleasure of the Governor, but not longer than March 1, 2027, 3
is hereby approved and confirmed. 4
