RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF THEODORE M.
DOOLITTLE, ESQUIRE, OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF
THE SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Theodore 1
M. Doolittle, Esquire, of West Hartford to be a Judge of the Superior 2
Court, to serve for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation 3
by both Houses, in succession to the Honorable Mary-Margaret D. 4
Burgdorff, is approved and confirmed, and he is appointed a Judge of 5
the Superior Court for said term. 6
