Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida: 7

Section 1. Hendry County Port LaBelle Utility System 9
Gravity Sewer Repairs is an Appropriations Project as defined in 10
The Rules of The Florida House of Representatives and is 11
described in Appropriations Project Request 1068, herein 12
incorporated by reference. 13
Section 2. For fiscal year 2021-2022 the nonrecurring sum 14
of $200,000 from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the 15
Department of Environmental Protection to fund the Hendry County 16
Port LaBelle Utility System Gravity Sewer Repairs as described 17
in Appropriations Project Request 1068. 18
Section 3. This act shall take effect July 1, 2021. 19
