RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE NOMINATION OF NISA J. KHAN,
ESQUIRE, OF WEST HARTFORD TO BE A JUDGE OF THE
SUPERIOR COURT.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the nomination by His Excellency, the Governor, of Nisa J. Khan, 1
Esquire, of West Hartford to be a Judge of the Superior Court, to serve 2
for a term of eight years from the date of confirmation by both Houses, 3
in succession to the Honorable Carl E. Taylor, is approved and 4
confirmed, and she is appointed a Judge of the Superior Court for said 5
term. 6
