Kentucky HB 468: AN ACT relating to motor vehicle inspections. Amend KRS 186A.115, regarding motor vehicle inspections, to allow motor vehicle dealers or employees of motor vehicle dealers to be certified as motor vehicle inspectors under certain conditions and limitations.
