1.2 relating to capital investment; modifying a prior appropriation for a capital project​
1.3 grant to CornerHouse; amending Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14,​
1.4 subdivision 54.​
1.5 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:​
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2023, chapter 71, article 1, section 14, subdivision 54, is amended to​
1.7 read:​
2,750,000​1.8 Subd. 54.CornerHouse​
1.9 For a grant to CornerHouse to acquire property​
1.10 for a new facility in Hennepin County.​
1.11 Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section​
1.12 16A.642, the appropriation for this project is​
1.13 available until December 31, 2029.​
1.14 EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.​
