A BILL TO BE ENTITLED 1
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR TRAVEL AND PER DIEM EXPENSES 2
OF THE SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION COMMISSION. 3
The General Assembly of North Carolina enacts: 4
Section 1. There is appropriated from the General Fund to the Department of 5
Natural Resources and Community Development $50,000 for the 1989-90 fiscal year 6
and $50,000 for the 1990-91 fiscal year for travel and per diem expenses for the Soil 7
and Water Conservation Commission. These expenses are continuing expenses. 8
Sec. 2. This act shall become effective July 1, 1989. 9
