To reauthorize the Digital Coast Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Digital Coast Reau-4
thorization Act of 2025’’. 5
SEC. 2. REAUTHORIZATION OF DIGITAL COAST ACT. 6
Section 4 of the Digital Coast Act (16 U.S.C. 1467) 7
is amended— 8
(1) in subsection (b)(1), by inserting ‘‘and fully 9
and freely available’’ after ‘‘readily accessible’’; 10

(2) in subsection (d)(3)(D), by inserting ‘‘, in-1
cluding data related to underground infrastructure 2
and subsurface utilities’’ after ‘‘data’’; and 3
(3) in subsection (g), by striking ‘‘2025’’ and 4
inserting ‘‘2030’’. 5
