Kentucky HB 344: AN ACT relating to the registration of motor vehicles. Amend KRS 186A.120 to require a motor vehicle dealer who handles the paperwork for a purchaser of a vehicle to be registered for the first time, to file the paperwork with the county clerk of the county of the purchaser's residence.
