Amendments proposed by Senate Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, Aquaculture, and
Rural Development to Original Senate Bill No. 219 by Senator Cathey
1 AMENDMENT NO. 1
2 On page 4, line 15 after "use., and" delete the remainder of the line.
3 AMENDMENT NO. 2
4 On page 4, delete lines 16 and 17 and insert the following:
5 “contains no more than 0.3 percent of THC per serving or per package.”
6 AMENDMENT NO. 3
7 On page 6, line 9, after “individual unit contain” change “more than 0.5 milligrams”
8 to “no more than 0.3 percent”
9 AMENDMENT NO. 4
10 On page 8, delete line and 6 and insert "a product shall not contain more than 0.3
11 percent of THC per serving or per package."
