Tennessee SB 2565: Bail, Bail Bonds - As enacted, prohibits a magistrate from considering a defendant's ability to pay when determining the amount of bail necessary to reasonably assure the appearance of the defendant while at the same time protecting the safety of the public. - Amends TCA Title 40.
