RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE
CLAIMS COMMISSIONER TO MAKE PAYMENT IN EXCESS OF
THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS WITH RESPECT TO THE CLAIM
AGAINST THE STATE OF CLIFFORD BEERS COMMUNITY HEALTH
PARTNERS, LLC O/B/O YOUTH CONTINUUM, LLC.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the recommendation of the Claims Commissioner, file number 1
27412 of said commissioner, that an award of $50,000.00, payable from 2
the appropriation to the adjudicated claims account of the General 3
Fund, be granted to Clifford Beers Community Health Partners, LLC 4
o/b/o Youth Continuum, LLC, on such claim against the state, is 5
accepted and that payment of said amount to said claimant is ordered.6
