COMMISSIONER TO DISMISS THE CLAIM AGAINST THE STATE OF
JOANNE AVOLETTA, MATTHEW AVOLETTA AND PETER
AVOLETTA.
Resolved by this Assembly:

That the decision of the Claims Commissioner, file number 27021 of 1
said commissioner, ordering the dismissal of the claim against the state 2
of Joanne Avoletta, Matthew Avoletta and Peter Avoletta, is confirmed. 3
