A JOINT RESOLUTION INVITING MISS HEATHER WHITESTONE, MISS 1
AMERICA 1995, TO ADDRESS A JOINT SESSION OF THE HOUSE OF 2
REPRESENTATIVES AND THE SENATE. 3
Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring: 4
Section 1. Miss Heather Whitestone, Miss America 1995, is invited to 5
address a joint session of the House of Representatives and the Senate in the Hall of the 6
House of Representatives at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 18, 1995. 7
Sec. 2. The Secretary of State shall transmit a certified copy of this resolution 8
to Miss Heather Whitestone. 9
Sec. 3. This resolution is effective upon ratification. 10
